Return and Exchange Policy

1. Return and Exchange Conditions
You can request an exchange or return within 24 hours of receiving your product, provided that it is:
Unused.
In its original condition and with the correct packaging.
Eligible cases include:
Incorrect size: We will gladly exchange it for the correct size.
Manufacturing defects or damage: The product will be replaced with another one of guaranteed quality.
2. Custom-Made Products
Products that are customized, such as adding a name or special phrase, cannot be returned as they are made specifically for you.
However, if a manufacturing defect is found, we guarantee to replace it with a new item that meets your expectations.
3. Non-Customized Products
Non-customized products can be returned or exchanged within the specified period, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
4. Exchange and Return Options
After inspecting the product and confirming it meets the terms and conditions, you can choose from the following options:
Refund to the product's value using the same payment method.
Exchange the product for another of equal value.
Exchange the size for optimal comfort.
5. Important Note
The customer is responsible for a small shipping fee of SAR 20 per way for exchanges or returns, unless the reason is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, in which case we will cover the full cost for your convenience.
If the plating on accessories changes, the entire product will be replaced to ensure your complete satisfaction.
